St. Mary's Glacier - Parking areas closed
This winter, the privately owned parking areas near St. Mary's Glacier were closed to public use. The Colorado Mountain Club negotiated use of those areas for their classes (with a special permit), but signs are posted prohibiting the public from parking there. There is still one small parking area just past the trailhead that is open to the public, but be aware before leaving your car in the area.
